Roberto Duato Veyrat conceives landscape from its deepest roots: identity, essence and style. He is guided by solid principles, clear concepts and precise guidelines to shape coherent, harmonious and functional environments. Each project is like a work of art with its own identity, where the essence of the place is transformed into design. His passion is to shape landscapes that combine functionality, beauty and sustainability, from the territorial scale to the most precise detail.
He works subtly with balance, the power of contrast, the cadence of rhythm, the purity of proportion, the solidity of unity and the power of the focal point. Every design I create is visually appealing, technically rigorous and spatially well organised.
The resulting landscapes have their own character and distinctive personality, reflecting the history and soul of the place. Timeless designs, created to last, generating added value and contributing to a sustainable future through responsible action and professional ethics.
Always plan with ethics and respect for the place and tradition in mind. Think of landscaping as a profound reflection that improves the world we live in. Understand the disorder inherent in nature and the depletion of resources, and bring a perspective that is at once architectural, humanistic and cultural, where the landscape becomes a synthesis of philosophy, sociology, anthropology and politics. My concept of landscape turns it into a vital setting that brings nature closer to everyday life, applying techniques inspired by innovation and nature itself to transform environments in a unique and sustainable way.

PHILOSOPHY
The Origin of a Vocation
Since childhood, I was fascinated by the plants in my home. Without realizing it, I combined them by shape, height, texture, and color, imagining compositions that I would later understand as miniature landscapes.
Over time, I came to understand that it wasn’t just a pastime, but the beginning of a path toward landscape architecture.
That childhood game evolved into a deep vocation, one that now guides the way I design, interpret, and connect space with nature, and understand the world.
‘I do not transform nature: I dialogue with it until we both understand each other.’
